TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. To cancel please login to our system and cancel it yourself or message me through Instagram (@luna_nails.dk) or send an e-mail to info@lunanails.dk.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES

1. If you arrive late, your processing time will be reduced by the corresponding delay, up to a maximum of 15 minutes. (Pleased text me if you are late)
2. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancel and considered a "NO-SHOW." (Pleased text me if you are late)
3. By making a reservation, you acknowledge your acceptance of my cancellation policy.
